The whole house A/C is operated by the upstairs HVAC unit, but most vents downstairs are shut, so the mini-splits control the temperature well downstairs. **Parking is only available for two vehicles in the concrete driveway.** Outlet plugs and cabinet locks available, but not installed throughout the house.
